The standard production time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

International shipping is available worldwide.
Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated individually based on the destination country. Please contact our team for detailed information regarding your order.

We provide a 7-day warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects starting from the date of delivery.
The warranty applies only to defects related to:

• Stitching and construction integrity
• Hardware defects affecting functionality
• Material defects that prevent normal use of the footwear

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, care, storage, or external impact
• Natural changes in materials caused by wear
• Damage resulting from intensive use, including professional dance, stage performances, or activities beyond normal everyday wear

To request a quality review, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide relevant details and supporting photos. Each case is reviewed individually by our team.

Each LESMERI pair is carefully crafted after order confirmation. Due to the made-to-order nature of our production process, we kindly ask customers to carefully review sizing information and consult with our team before placing an order.
Requests for returns or exchanges may be considered within 7 days of delivery for unworn items that remain in their original condition, packaging, and without signs of use.
Footwear that has been customized, adjusted, produced according to individual measurements, or modified based on customer preferences is not eligible for return or exchange unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling cannot be accepted for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be covered by the buyer unless the return is related to a confirmed manufacturing defect. LESMERI does not cover international return shipping expenses.

We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests; however, express production availability depends on current production capacity, materials availability, and order complexity.
